The Maker – Mount Zero Olives
Mount Zero began in 1946, when Jacob Friedman planted some of Australia’s first olive groves in the Grampians. Still rooted in that landscape, they now work with growers across Victoria, crafting olives and oils defined by flavour, sustainability, and a passion for quality.
