The Gold Coast Cheese Company has taken many forms over the years — but its current incarnation is one of the silver linings of the COVID era. When a cheesemaking facility on the Coast became vacant, a new chapter began.

In partnership with the Teese family, long-time dairy farmers from the Scenic Rim, Gold Coast Cheese Co. set out to craft some of the region’s finest small-batch cheeses — and they’ve quickly made their mark on the national stage.
