We despatch orders every Tuesday and Thursday. Delivery times vary by region:

  • SE QLD & Northern NSW – 1-2 days
  • Sydney & surrounds – 2-3 days
  • Melbourne & surrounds – 3-4 days
  • Adelaide & surrounds – 4-5 days
  • Hobart & surrounds – 4-5 days
  • Perth & surrounds – 6-7 days
  • Darwin & Far North QLD – 6-7 days

🏡 Regional areas may take 1-2 days longer than the times listed above. Once you place your order, we’ll email you to confirm the first available delivery date. If that date doesn’t suit, just let us know — we’ll happily arrange an alternative.

If your cheese ever arrives less than perfect, we’ll replace it free of charge or refund you.

 We partner with Australia's largest refrigerated home-delivery courier so your   cheese stays <5°C from our door to yours. This temperature-controlled delivery means we don’t need to add ice bricks — your cheese remains perfectly chilled throughout the journey, no matter how many days it takes.

Special Locations: Express Shipping via AusPost

 For remote and harder-to-reach areas, we ship with Express Post. Every order   is packed in insulated packaging with ice bricks to keep your cheese cool and fresh throughout its journey.
