The November Therapy Box - A Celebration of Australia

Welcome to November and the last month of spring.

This month we continue to shine a light on another small-batch cheesemaker in the Therapy Box: we travel to Bunurong Country on the Mornington Peninsula, the home of Main Ridge Dairy. Established in 2001 they have been producing award winning goat milk cheeses for nearly a quarter of a century.

Their Caprino is a semi-hard cheese, pearly white, with fruity and goat milk notes upfront that give way to a distinct citrus tang - absolutly deliicious and perfect with a cool white wine. This cheese won a gold at the 2025 Australian Food Awards and a silver at the Sydney Royal in 2025 - it has certainly caught the attention of the judges.
