We strive to ensure your cheese arrives in perfect condition, whether you're in the heart of the city or the remotest corner of Australia.
We despatch on Tuesdays and Thursdays with delivery to:
- SE Qld & Northern NSW Wednesdays and Thursdays onwards.
- Sydney and surrounds Thursdays and Saturdays onwards.
- Melbounre and surrounds Fridays and Sundays onwards.
- Adelaide and surrounds Saturdays and Mondays onwards.
- Hobart and surrounds Wednesdays onwards.
- Perth and surrounds Saturdays and Mondays onwards.
- Darwin and FNQ and surrounds Mondays onwards.
Reliable Refrigerated Delivery
We pride ourselves on making 95% of deliveries by refrigerated courier, ensuring that your cheese and other deli goods remain chillled during transit. Please note that because the journey takes a few days extra no ice bricks are included in the package.
Special Locations: Express Shipping via AusPost
For harder-to-reach areas, delivery is by AusPost Express. All orders are packed in insulated packaging, designed to keep your cheese cool and fresh in transit.
Shipping Guarantee
Almost every delivery arrives just as it should. But on the rare occasion something goes off course — whether at our end or during delivery — let us know and we’ll make it right, as soon as possible.
Very unhappy with my delivery any time I’ve bought these from here it’s arrived packed with refrigerated ice packs. This arrived in a box with paper on a very hot day. By the time I got to it. It was not a great picture. I won’t be ordering again.
All our deliveries are made by refrigerated courier ensuring your order is chilled from despatch until delivery. Despite two emails over two days to obtain a mobile phone number to receive tracking information by SMS none was returned so unfortuatelty the courier had to make the delivery without being able to contact the customer. We apologise for the mix up but we did do our best to make contact to supply tracking information.
