When we created this glorious number, we wanted to name it after where we have grown up on the Sunshine Coast. If you don't know Buderim, it's smack bang in the middle between Noosa and Caloundra up on a plateau. The views of the blue Pacific Ocean and the clear skies were perfect for naming this cheese. And besides, we reckon blue is the centre of any cheese board.

How We Ship

We strive to ensure your cheese arrives in perfect condition, whether you're in the heart of the city or the remotest corner of Australia. 

We despatch on Tuesdays and Thursdays with delivery to:

  • SE Qld & Northern NSW Wednesdays and Thursdays onwards.
  • Sydney and surrounds Thursdays and Saturdays onwards.
  • Melbounre and surrounds Fridays and Sundays onwards.
  • Adelaide and surrounds Saturdays and Mondays onwards.

Reliable Refrigerated Delivery

We pride ourselves on making 95% of deliveries by refrigerated courier, ensuring that your cheese and other deli goods remain chillled during transit. Please note that because the journey takes a few days extra no ice bricks are included in the package.

Special Locations: Express Shipping via AusPost

For harder-to-reach areas, delivery is by AusPost Express. All orders are packed in  insulated packaging, designed to keep your cheese cool and fresh in transit.

A beautifully creamy and complex cheese

A Gorgonzola-style creamy cheese that never disappoints. Fear not, neither nose nor palate will be overwhelmed. This cheese is well balanced and smooth but still manages to deliver that "mmm" blue punch. Buy it.

Had this with friends over a few glasses of wine on Friday evening. A very tasty blue, sharp flavour but not overwhelming and a creamy texture.
