How We Ship
We ship to 95% of people using our refrigerated delivery parter. This means a refrigerated vehicle arrives at your door to hand deliver your Cheese Therapy Pack. And refrigerated means it stays in great condition for the entire journey!
For orders outside our delivery partner's range, we ship using Australia Post Express. This means it doesn't matter where you are in this massive country, we can deliver cheese to you.
Shipping Guarantee
Nearly all of our deliveries get to you in great shape. But... if this is not the case, we will send a replacement pack, at no charge to you, to ensure you get to enjoy our cheeses.

Very nice cheeses - they seem to have sorted their issues in delivery (they used to leave the cheeses at the bottom of my building in the sun for anyone to steal on a weekend).

I didnât receive this part of my order, and despite emailing and sending a request through the website I have not received a reply.
The soft cheeses - ashed brie, triple cream etc - were dry and I donât think they had yet matured. And there were a lot of soft cheeses: I think 6 out of the 10 were bries: triple cream bries and ashed and/or truffled bries. As there didnât seem to be use by dates on these cheeses, it was difficult to know in what order to eat them.
I particularly liked the âmodern style cheddarâ, the blue and the spiced havarti, and have yet to try a few of the others.
The delivery was on time.
