When you grab a Mystery Box, you won’t know what’s inside... and truthfully, neither do we. It might be a creamy brie, a nutty aged cheddar, or something bold, blue, and fabulous you’ve never tried before.
Some are ready to enjoy right now. Others can chill in your fridge a little longer — all part of the surprise.

We despatch orders every Tuesday and Thursday. Delivery times vary by region:
- SE QLD & Northern NSW – 1–2 days
- Sydney & surrounds – 2–3 days
- Melbourne & surrounds – 3–4 days
- Adelaide & surrounds – 4–5 days
- Hobart & surrounds – 4–5 days
- Perth & surrounds – 6–7 days
- Darwin & Far North QLD – 6–7 days
🏡 Regional areas may take 1–2 days longer. Once you place your order, we’ll email you to confirm the first available delivery date. If that date doesn’t suit, just let us know and we’ll arrange an alternative.

For some regional and rural areas, we deliver using Australia Post Express. Every order is packed in insulated packaging to keep your cheese cool and fresh in transit.

If your order arrives in less than perfect condition due to an error by us or the courier, please notify us and we will provide a replacement or a refund.
We strongly recommend that someone is available to receive the delivery. It is also essential to provide an Australian mobile phone number at checkout to ensure tracking updates can be received by SMS.

Delicious cheeses. However, the blue had already passed its best before date before I received it. Also, no written information about the cheeses with this order.

Cheese descriptions and tasting notes are only provide with our monthly Therapy Boxes and you purchased a Mystery Box, so none were included.
