Harvey Cheese began in 2002 when Robert and Penny St Duke set out to make exceptional small-batch cheese in the heart of Wokalup on Noongar Country. Over two decades, they built a beloved local icon — a place where visitors could taste, watch, and connect with the craft of cheesemaking.

Today, that legacy continues with the Lottering family. Pieter Lottering, alongside his son Kael and dedicated staff, bring fresh energy and South African heritage to Harvey Cheese. From the gold-medal OMG Triple Cream to inventive flavour-infused cheeses, every wheel reflects their trademark blend of quality, creativity, and warm country hospitality.
