The ancient tradition of making sea salt into flakes is a closely guarded secret and has taken over a decade for Olsson's to perfect.
Olsson’s Sea Salt Flakes are made from evaporated sea water from the Great Australian Bight and have a distinctly sweet “sea salt” tang.
These unique & delicate flat sea salt flakes are easily crumbled in the fingers and are recommended for finishing and presentation.

We pride ourselves on making 95% of deliveries by refrigerated courier, ensuring that your cheese and other deli goods remain chillled during transit. Please note that because the journey takes a few days extra no ice bricks are included in the package.

For harder-to-reach areas, delivery is by AusPost Express. All orders are packed in insulated packaging, designed to keep your cheese cool and fresh in transit.
