May Therapy Box - A Celebration of Australian Artisan Cheese

This month’s Therapy Box is a true celebration of Aussie artisan cheese, and we’re thrilled to welcome back one of our most-loved makers — Milawa Cheese. Their legendary Milawa Blue is the hero of the box: gooey, creamy, and so irresistibly smooth it’s been converting blue cheese skeptics since 1988. Mild and buttery with a sweet, yeasty tang, it’s comfort and character in one glorious wedge.

We’ve also kept the Section28 Raclette in this month’s lineup — because your feedback was loud and clear (and honestly, can you ever have too much melty cheese as winter rolls in?). This alpine-style beauty is made for melting, layering in toasties, or stirring through a rich sauce over the last of the summer veg. It’s pure indulgence, no matter how you serve it.

To round out the box, we’ve added two more delights: Nimbin Valley Dairy Truffled Cow — decadent, earthy, and luxurious — and the Nashua Washed Rind, for those who like their cheese with a bit of funk. Smelly? Yes. Spectacular? Also yes.

Here’s what you’ll find inside:

• Section28 Raclette (170g)– Crafted in the Adelaide Hills this Raclette has an aromatic orange-brown rind and a supple, straw-yellow paste. Expect a rich, buttery base with notes of nuttiness, stone fruit, and a gentle savoury depth—especially when grilled.
• Milawa Cheese Milawa Blue (150g)– Mild and creamy with a rich, buttery flavour and a slightly yeasty punch - balanced out with just the right amount of salt.
• Nimbin Valley Dairy Truffle Cow (150g)– Creamy, indulgent triple cream with a layer of West Australian truffle right through the middle. A true celebration of Australian excellence.

• Nimbin Valley Nashua Washed Rind (150g) - Another favourite that took out the Sydney Royal Easter Show champion cheese many years ago and continues to deliver.

The May Grazing Box – A Regional Harvest for Sharing

To round out your cheese experience, we’ve paired this month’s Therapy Box with a thoughtful selection of regional favourites. The May Grazing Box brings together ingredients made with intention, care, and a deep respect for their place of origin.

What’s inside:

• Finocchiona (fennel) Salami – Finocchiona, or fennel, is a mild and subtly anise-like, aromatic salami. Fabulous when and served with a fine Champagne, camembert and pear.
• Pickled Baby Figs in Syrup - Pickled in a syrup of brown sugar and apple cider vinegar, these baby figs are a wonderful addition to any cheeseboard and particularly suited to blue cheese or any baked desserts.
• Organic Sourdough Crackers – Light and crisp, these beautifully textured crackers are a staple for cheeseboars or just a light snack on the go. Pair them with cured meats, cheese and fresh fruit.
• Hazelnut Organic Dark Chocolate – Cured the slow Spanish way, these olives are firm, mellow, and surprisingly sweet. Enjoy them on their own or enjoy with an espresso martini if the mood strikes.
