- Nimbin Valley Dairy Monte Nardi – Rather than the hippy folk of Nimbin, this cheese gets it roots from the deep Italian communities in the Valley. Made in an Asiago-style, this cheese will elevate you to the Northern Italian climes.

How We Ship
We ship to 95% of people using our refrigerated delivery parter. This means a refrigerated vehicle arrives at your door to hand deliver your Cheese Therapy Pack. And refrigerated means it stays in great condition for the entire journey!
For orders outside our delivery partner's range, we ship using Australia Post Express. This means it doesn't matter where you are in this massive country, we can deliver cheese to you.
Shipping Guarantee
Nearly all of our deliveries get to you in great shape. But... if this is not the case, we will send a replacement pack, at no charge to you, to ensure you get to enjoy our cheeses.
As always, a most enjoyable selection of goodies. However the Muscatels and the Byron Bay crackers deserve special mentions as MOST delightful

Products were delivered on time in excellent condition. Great value for money, will order regularly, salami great an extra bonus, good variety, everyone enjoyed an excellent way of adding Christmas cheer.
