The Judión, also known as the "Giant of the Granja," is a large, tender, Spanish bean with a kidney-like shape.
Judions have a buttery texture, enhanced by a thin skin that dissolves on the palate. They are tender without being mushy.
After cooking, season with salt and use in traditional Spanish dishes, salads, in breakfast dishes or with proteins.
