As a child, milking cows, separating cream and churning butter with Grandma was a joy. She used freshly made butter in everything from sponge cakes, to scones or topping a jacket potato at dinner, and any excess was swapped with the neighbours for their surplus. Simple times!
Our butter uses the freshest cream from farmers in our region, which we culture for minimum 48hrs before churning to produce the butteriest most flavoursome butter you’ve ever tasted! Perfect for baking, making a simple pasta sauce or simply smothering on fresh bread. Simple. Delicious.

We despatch on Tuesdays and Thursdays with delivery to:
- SE Qld & Northern NSW Wednesdays and Thursdays onwards.
- Sydney and surrounds Thursdays and Saturdays onwards.
- Melbounre and surrounds Fridays and Sundays onwards.
- Adelaide and surrounds Saturdays and Mondays onwards.
- Hobart and surrounds Wednesdays onwards.
- Perth and surrounds Saturdays and Mondays onwards.
- Darwin and FNQ and surrounds Mondays onwards.
Reliable Refrigerated Delivery
We pride ourselves on making 95% of deliveries by refrigerated courier, ensuring that your cheese and other deli goods remain chillled during transit. Please note that because the journey takes a few days extra no ice bricks are included in the package.

For harder-to-reach areas, delivery is by AusPost Express. All orders are packed in insulated packaging, designed to keep your cheese cool and fresh in transit.
