Expect an aromatic, medium sweet vinegar with hints of herbs such as wormwood, laurel, rosemary and thyme.
Perfect for seasoning cockles, mussels, clams, oysters, potato crisps and more.
You can also use it to marinate fish and dress vegetable or tuna salads.
Appearance: transparent, can produce natural sediments.
